I used to come here years ago and loved the energy and customer service. It was top tier. I always spoke highly of this establishment because of that and their work. And always recommended them to others. But recently the customer service was not it. At all. I walked in, no one spoke and the guy that did, his energy was very, very low. I donβt know, the customer service just wasnβt what it was years ago. Years ago, I felt welcomed. This time I felt invisible almost. But that was my only issue. The customer Service just isnβt like it used to be.

Everyone in Dinos treated me kindly and respectfully from the moment I walked in the door. (I will update this once I get an installation done, because I'm new to the area.) I can't say that I was respected by any of the other car audio shops so far in Greensboro or even respected at other custom car shops in general here in Greensboro so far. Which I'd almost given up on finding a good audiophile shop here. Dinos is the best shop I've visited so far in Greensboro!!! They took the time to honestly discuss options of me doing my extremely limited space audio system or them doing it and giving honest options and opinions as to which way to go with my system and each benefit. Knowing I'm not pulling the trigger on this system just... yet, and I could leave to do the installation myself and not return. Yet, because I was respected immediately, I will be going to Dinos in the next month or less for my car and truck audio and other custom vehicle work. I'm getting my 1956 Ford F1 built very soon. I'll ask the guys at Dinos what shops to use for my 56 Ford truck and what shops not to use for that build and what parts they can do. I used to have a warehouse in Asheville and a corporation p

I went to Dinoβs after my speakers went out and had a crazy chain events and letβs just say the customer service and understanding was a 10/10. I came to them after my speakers went out in my Nissan Altima. I got 4 speakers and a subwoofer put in very simple and quick process. My sub went out a few days later because I did not do my research. They honored the warranty and even offered to put in temporary subwoofers while I waited for the new sub. I got the temp put in and then a truck ran into the back of my car where it was deemed totaled. I was able to grab the temp subwoofer and notified them of what happened they reinstalled everything for me and put in the temps in my new car and eventually I got the new one and they switched it out. They were so accommodating and understanding of my situation 10/10 would recommend. Everything was at a great price point and services were done quickly and efficiently.

Simply the Best is an understatement. Iβve been a customer since 2008. Originally, Dino worked on my camaro at a shop in Winston and because of his customer service and willingness to thoroughly explain how to work my new alarmβ¦ I tracked him down when he no longer worked at the previous shop. Itβs true, sometimes you have to get through the bad apples to find the green and Dino has done just that for me every single project. From installing a viper alarm, suspension kit, green lights under the wheel well, 8β subwoofer, custom headliner, LED headlights, and building a custom stand and vinyl for my ARB fridge. Needless to say, he has been a life saver when a shop didnβt put the pins back during an alignment after HIS hours which was a safety issue for me but screwed my brand new front tires. Dino stayed after hours to fix someone elseβs mishap on a baby that has been our project since 2014. If you want someone to just quote and install, this isnβt the place. This is a place of patience to understand what you want, options of your wants, the aesthetics, your budget, and making you a happy customer. True craftsmanship in the automotive industry and genuine person to get you in the rig
